What all inclusive actually means
Worth being specific, because the word gets used loosely in this industry. A lot of intercity quotes look cheaper than ours until the extras land — fuel is commonly excluded, tolls are added at the end, and some operators bill the driver’s meal on top.
Our figure covers three things: the vehicle rent, the fuel for the journey, and the motorway tolls. On a Lahore to Islamabad run, fuel and tolls alone are usually PKR 10,000 to 11,000, so a quote that leaves them out is not the number you will actually pay.

Roughly 375 km on the M-2 motorway, four to five hours door to door. The most common intercity route we run, both for business travel and for families heading to Rawalpindi and Islamabad sectors.

How much is a car from Lahore to Islamabad one way?
A one-way drop from Lahore to Islamabad is PKR 18,000 for a Toyota Corolla, Yaris or Honda City, PKR 22,000 for a Honda BR-V and PKR 23,000 for a Honda Civic. A Hiace is PKR 45,000 and a Coaster PKR 70,000. All rates include fuel, motorway tolls and the driver.
Are fuel and toll charges included in the price?
Yes. Every intercity rate quoted by Royal Motors includes the vehicle rent, fuel for the journey and motorway tolls. There is nothing added at the destination. This differs from many operators who quote the vehicle only and bill fuel and tolls separately.
Do I have to pay for the return journey on a one-way drop?
No. A one-way drop is charged as a single journey. You pay only for getting to your destination, not for the vehicle returning to Lahore afterwards. That is the whole point of a drop-off booking.
How much does Lahore to Multan cost?
Lahore to Multan one way is PKR 16,000 for a Corolla, Yaris or Honda City, PKR 20,000 for a BR-V or Civic, PKR 50,000 for a Hiace and PKR 70,000 for a Coaster. The journey is around 340 km on the M-4 and takes four to five hours.
What is the fare from Lahore to Peshawar?
Lahore to Peshawar one way starts at PKR 25,000 for a Corolla, Yaris or Honda City, rising to PKR 32,000 for a Civic, PKR 60,000 for a Hiace and PKR 90,000 for a Coaster. The route is about 520 km via the M-2 and M-1 and takes six to seven hours.
How much is Lahore to Sialkot or Gujranwala?
Lahore to Sialkot one way starts at PKR 12,000 and Lahore to Gujranwala at PKR 10,000, both for a Corolla, Yaris or Honda City. Sialkot is about 130 km and takes two to three hours; Gujranwala is around 80 km and takes roughly ninety minutes.

Is a driver included, or can I drive myself?
All intercity bookings include a professional driver experienced on Pakistan’s motorway network. Self-drive is not offered on intercity routes.
Can you collect from the airport and drive straight to another city?
Yes. We run intercity drops directly from Allama Iqbal International Airport, so visitors landing in Lahore can continue to Islamabad, Sialkot, Faisalabad or elsewhere without an overnight stop.
How much notice do you need?
A day is usually enough for standard sedans on the main routes. Hiace and Coaster bookings, and travel during Eid and wedding season, should be arranged further ahead as availability tightens.
Can we stop along the way?
Yes. Rest stops at motorway service areas are normal and not charged extra. If you need a longer detour or an additional pickup point, mention it when booking so it can be built into the quote.
